Theatre lovers in Seremban should get down to the JKKN Auditorium Raja Melewar on Friday and Saturday nights to witness some of the states finest actresses and actors as they vie to compete in the upcoming Nationals.
The state level theatre festival competition at Komplex JKKN in Seremban will crown a winner on Saturday night after a week of solid professional performances, from six of the eight vying for the title, that have wowed the judges.
"Keraton" was the sixth performance of the competition held today and the judges loved the way the Port Dickson Polytechnic theatre club portrayed this old Javanese story.
Two more performances will be held, one on Friday night at 8.45pm and the other at the finale on Saturday night where the YBrs En Mohd Radzi Bin Omar will hand over the title to the winner.
IPG Teknik Nilai will have the chance to perform their play "Suratan atau kebuetulan" on Friday and USIM will display their talents playing "Antigone" at the finale on Saturday night.
The winner will go on to compete at the National final later on in the year. Entry is free and if seats are not available patrons can watch from the steps.
