Tai chi morning welcome

Every morning hundreds of people use the Lake Gardens facility in Seremban to walk, run, relax, dance, sing  or meditate to get the day off to a healthy start.

 

Most popular by far is the tai chi area where dozens partake in the peaceful, quiet, breathing movements the discipline teaches. Runners and walkers pass by as they circumnavigate the park which has two lakes that are normally used for fishing.

 

Get yourself down there and do a few laps, your body will thank you.
