Ramadan bazaars in Negeri Sembilan have been found to have violated some COVID-19 standard operating procedures (SOP)and will face a three-day closure, said Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.
It is an early ‘shot across the bows’ to all stall holders to comply with the SOP’s and avoid any emerging COVID-19 clusters.
Aminuddin was informed that there was a problem at a Ramadan bazaar and asked the mayor to call and warn all bazaar operators to comply with the SOP.
Some pictures and videos’s of crowded bazaars on social media have shown virtually non-existent obedience to protocols at many sites.
